Raiffeisen Immobilien Academy
Highly trained employees are the basis of our success. In order to make our employees fit for the challenges of the future and to keep the quality of service equally high throughout Austria, we have set up the Raiffeisen Real Estate Academy (RIAK for short).
In this Austria-wide training and further education programme, all employees - brokers as well as back office and management staff - undergo regular internal training. The focus of the training is on real estate-specific know-how, but sales training, foreign languages and personality development are also included. As one of only a few broker organisations in Austria, we also offer the preparatory course for becoming a certified real estate agent assistant within the company as part of the RIAK.
All "RIAK" training courses are free of charge for our employees.
