Die neue „Raiffeisen Immobilien Leistungsgarantie“ basiert auf aktuellen Ergebnissen aus einer Umfrage, die Raiffeisen Immobilien beim österreichischen Gallup-Institut in Auftrag gegeben hat. Es wurde bei Immobiliensuchenden sowie bei Immobilienverkäufern und - vermietern nach Anforderungen an einen Immobilienmakler gefragt.
Die Leistungsgarantie umfasst 9 Leistungspakete mit 55 Einzelleistungen von der Objektaufnahme bis zum Kaufabschluss. Die zu erbringenden Services werden zwischen Kunde und Makler schriftlich vereinbart und sind jederzeit transparent überprüfbar.
