Beate Bernleithner has been a real estate agent and certified real estate trustee for more than 30 years. Thanks to her many years of professional experience, Beate has extensive expertise in all aspects of real estate.

With her solution-oriented approach and motto, “Nothing is impossible,” Beate takes on every challenge and task her clients present her with. This makes her an all-rounder for private real estate, property development projects, and real estate in the investment sector. Beate also specializes in brokering high-priced premium properties. For several years, she has also been in charge of the premium brand 25/7 Immobilien—a Raiffeisen Immobilien brand that focuses on the high-end segment and the discreet brokerage of these properties.

In her free time, Beate Bernleithner enjoys sports such as tennis, walking, and yoga. She lives in Vienna/Döbling and is the mother of two adult sons.
